Story: The young man
Tokunaga Shoudai wakes to an unknown place, together with 12 other people that he knows not. He can not remember anything, because who he is, as he came down there, or what there actually is going on.
But before he has time about the situation in which he finds to be aware, even the game starts.
The 13 young people are caught in a game of life and death, with its size no one would have expected.

The Movie:
The "film" is actually a 26-part miniseries, the effects of approximately 5 Minutes running time should be, but there is a compilation, which causes an approximately 89-minute film.
The series was broadcast this year in Japan and now published on DVD, outside Japan there is still no release date, which it will most likely never will.
The story points out, in such a modified form of the manga adaptation "Battle Royale", which is also from Japan.
are further recognize some parallels to films like "Saw" or "The Killing Room", but the gore factor remains in "Death Game Park" pretty much from scratch.
My opinion:
As mentioned, the story is a wild mishmash of well-known films, but he works through a skillful presentation fresh and entertaining.
Since I am a big fan of Japanese shows, above all the Tokusatsuserie "Kamen Rider" I was very excited when I learned that starred in this project some of the better-known actors from the last few series, as well as a few from the "Sentai - series.
The story has some gaps and is also pretty fast, "useless" characters go, so you will pretty quickly acclimated to a certain group of people, but the story twists and the easy end end mindfuck get out of this good again.
Since it is a low-budget series production from Japan is of course one can not expect a spectacular effect, which one buys or actor every emotion at once, but the protagonists do everything to keep the story exciting and can therefore score points in any case.
This film is obviously not something for everyone, it's a niche product that its target group is looking to push abroad but rather to blind his eyes.
Therefore, I recommend the film and the series only to those who can anyway do anything with Japanese culture series.
Also, we should either good Japanese or English, since it is the only film so far English subtitles are created, as the kind of the Fansubteam " TV-Nihon .
