After Alice (Milla Jovovich), along with their clones, the headquarters of "Umbrella" in Tokyo and destroyed, it was even just with his life, fighting the equally mutated Albert Wesker (Shawn Roberts). With a small propeller plane she does point out on the way to Alaska, where she hopes to find her friends again, the shelter there in a virus-free colony were looking for. Conclusion:
Resident Evil - After Life is basically the same, more or less good, true predecessors and links directly to Resident Evil - at Extinciton. First I led my mind to this film in 3D, which increased the real value of the film show. Content After Life is Like the three predecessor rather shallow and only the name, be it the characters, the organization or the title and the zombies, to the first Resident Evil games. On DVD the film is seen rather unnecessary, for without which, even in the cinema clumsy acting, 3D effects, the film lost any substance. I find it gratifying but the fact that Mr. Paul WAS Anderson starts other characters from the video game series to install. On the composition of the respective roles can then no longer arguing, because who has ever heard here cast in a Siberian labor camp. Albert Wesker looks just greasy and bored out. Ali Larter as Claire Redfield is surely an insult and with all love and all due respect to Wentworth Miller but a Chris Redfield are you sorry!
Now for the biggest Kritkpunkt against this film. He is Resident Evil historically inaccurate. For there the whole time talking about the T-virus, After Life is but obvious to the Las Plagas virus unfold triggered by Uroboros, which confers the ability of the zombies their lower jaw. It would be the ignorant moviegoers, however, probably had too much to explain. Resident Evil - After Life will remain clearly just a footnote among software adaptations. Because the film has to offer nothing. And finally, there remains one question: WHO THE FUCK IS ALICE? AND WHAT HAS TO DO WITH RESIDENT EVIL?
